Bed looks great, but has some deficiencies in quality. The company replaced ALL the defective parts and we are very pleased with our service. We took pictures of the parts in question and they sent us replacements. The bed posts and the rails supporting the mattresses are glued together and on two items they started coming apart but were replaced.
