• The bed is constructed from solid Pine. No MDF or particleboard is used.
• The stair section is reversible (the stairs can be placed on the left hand or right hand side of the bed). It ships fully assembled from the floor to the top of the top step.
• All Discovery World Furniture bunk beds are tested and certified to meet the ASTM 1427-07 regulations set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
• A slat kit is included, making this bed mattress ready. No need to purchase a bunkie board or box spring.
• The bed includes a staircase, four drawers, one full sized bed, one twin sized bed, and a magazine rack contained in a footprint that is slightly larger than a full sized bed.
