Great Bed: Attractive, Well Made, Very Sturdy This bed is absolutely wonderful; I am so glad I bought it and not one of the other metal beds Amazon is selling. Color indescribable, but a fantastic iron bed! Like many other reviewers, I struggle to describe what the actual color of the finish on this bed is. I’m going to say it’s primarily a blackish brown or brownish black with brushed antique pewter streaks that sometimes have a gold tone. Negative for us? Not at all.
