Excuses to drag on the filing process In the process of filing a claim and all i’m getting told is, “you have to wait 24 hours after you register to file a claim”. Okay, so I waited and called “oh, you have to wait 48 hours after you register”. Seriously? Okay. Waited again and then called, “you have to fax us proof of purchase”. I faxed it over and called, “you have to call back in 3 business days due to an internal procedure of correcting the contract information” blah blah blah. What a waste of…
