Great customer support/ construction, daughter loves it. Arrived in a timely manner. A couple of parts were broken during shipping. It’s 127lbs, so I want surprises. I took an inventory of the parts and called their customer service. In and on the box they have the number for their customer service dept. It’s very clear how/who to call.
