If they send you the wrong bed, You must pay to have it returned. Below is a copy and paste from Moshya’s return policy. Apparently their “any other reason” can be that they sent you the WRONG COLOR wood finish on the bed. Amazon’s A-Z Guarantee won’t help either. We received the wrong color bed and Amazon’s claim specialist simply stated that we had 3 business days to return the two large heavy boxes, insured from New Jersey to Texas. Every young child’s dream! My son loves his new bed. I put it together alone so it took 3.5 hours. I’d suggest separating and checking that you have all of the materials before you begin assembling any if the pieces. The organization part takes a ton of time because none of the pieces of wood were marked with the part number which was odd. I had to seperate each piece and use flash cards to keep track of all the materials to make the assembly process go a little bit faster.Cons: The only downside to this bed…
