I used it for reading, put it on the piano and since it is portable, I use it as the last light source before go to bed. so many uses and modern design. received email said it with 2 year warranty and hope it is true. The only concern I have is that I am worrying about battery life but it is related to all battery product like iRobot, cell phone.
