The bed itself is wonderful.. The bed itself is wonderful….5 stars….The experience…..2 stars!I have two kids moving from toddler beds to twins at the same time with a mid-sized room. A trundle was a safer options as opposed to a bunk bed. The only problem is, I had to order the bed 3 times! The first two times, the bed arrived with broken pieces that could not be used, and NO DIRECTIONS!…..(this bed ABSOLUTELY needs directions. It has 400 billion pieces!) Would recommend, but be prepared for the involved assembly! Bed came in four boxes and took the 6-8 hours described as the amount of time to put together. Have to be somewhat intuitive because literal directions don’t make complete sense. The sliding drawer rail directions didn’t have you putting the rail in the right place. This is where common sense must prevail. There were a massive amount of screws. Very labor intensive to put together and it did need a second person’s help to figure it all out. My husband says there were at least 250 screws…
