Really disappointed with DHP’s customer service I’m a single-mom and I bought this bed frame for my daughter’s birthday. It was in my price range and still cute for my little girl’s room. I had curtains hanging from the canopy, but my daughter pulled on the curtains and bent two of the bars making up the canopy top. Understanding that this was not covered under warranty, I called DHP to order and pay for (out of my pocket) replacement parts.
