Bought this bed for looks – was not disappointed! I bought this bed for our guest room. The purchase was based solely on aesthetics and price point. Wanted the gold/brass look and the retro style. The bed arrived earlier than anticipated with all pieces/parts/instruction manual included. Assembly took me and my husband less than 30 mins. The color is admittedly less gold than the pics in the description (it’s more of a brushed antique bronze look) but it’s close enough to what I wanted. Cross bars buckling Iâm pretty upset with this bed.I really love the quaint design of it; however, the two cross bars are entirely failing?! The center of each bar is angling downward and I currently have placed wooden supports underneath until I find a new bed.
