Bought it for me, but my Husband stole it! My guess is that a few of the “flat/lumpy, ect.” reviews are from people who did not read the instructions (yes there are instructions) # 1 is that the pillow should be “fluffed” in the dryer before using the 1st time. These things are shipped totally compressed, and I was very disappointed when I 1st unwrapped it.
