Amazon please intervene so that so that customers do not have to directly contact sellers/manufacturers This is more about the customer service at Dorel (1-800-295-1980). One of the connectors (8 total) for connecting the actual bed frame to the sides and back of the daybed was not connecting properly ( i.e, the screw somehow was not going into the metal dowel to make the connection). I weighed returning the entire bed versus requesting the small part.
