If you like beds with all their parts, don’t buy this one. Beware of ordering this bed. It arrived late and with all of these parts missing:all 4 castors2 side railsall metal bracketsall legsall slat capsthe hardware packs with all screws wrenches and nutsThe parts that did arrive look good. But I wish I hadn’t ordered it because it’s useless without those other parts, I don’t know how long it will take to get those other parts, and now we’re stuck with it because it was a pain the ___ to even get it…
My husband and I decided to accept the partial credit and pray the manufacturer will be nice enough to give or sale the missing parts If I could rate a zero I would . I received two big boxes – almost two weeks apart from each other and As we were throwing away the boxes and getting ready to put it together , we come to find out weâre missing over 100 parts ,pieces, screws , woods and rails to contstruct the bed! I was given the option to return and get a refund or keep it and get partial credit .ridiculous and so frustrating!
