Great customer service!!!! I love the chair, my wife loves the chair, as we literally use it every day to rock our daughter to sleep since she was born. After a few months, the bearings did start squeaking, so I have to periodically oil them. Kind of a hassle, but not a deal breaker, as like anything it requires maintenance.
