Twin Bunk Bed with Ladder Pine Finish I got these for my son (4years old at the time)mainly for the top bunk. Toddler beds were just too small since he’s very large, but he still needed the safety of bed rails. It worked out great! Although I use them separately.it is a gorgeous set.Wood has a great finish on it,doesn’t look “cheap” at all. I use the wooden slats that came with the set (plus a few extra I purchased) as the bunkie board. Box springs plus mattress doesn’t work whatsoever. There is a gap between footboard and mattress…
