This futon is neither terrible nor amazing! I am writing this review to pay it forward, as someone who read MANY reviews of this product, good and bad. If you, like I was, are not sure if this is a piece of crap or the best couch ever, I will tell you that it is somewhere in between.The good things: yes, it is small, but it fits well in my small space. Yes, it is quite firm, but I do not agree that it is “like a wooden bench.” You feel the firmness more in the back supports than under your bum, which for me makes it…

BEST COUCH EVER I absolutely loooooove this couch! I was a bit worried buying something so expensive online but When it came it was easy to put together and did not take too long. I LOVE that you can switch which side the chaise lounge is on.
