It takes a long time to put together. Even wiith multiple persons working on it. I’d brought 2 for my children. Great bed for the price This is a heavy piece that does indeed, as stated, require two people to put together. I did not, however, find the instructions at all difficult to interpret or follow and got this together pretty quickly. The only step I found a bit taxing was getting the drawers into the slots once assembled, but found it worth the extra effort, since they won’t come out easily with indelicate little boy hands.
