After that it was pretty much smooth sailing I got this for my 12 y/o daughter. I put it together myself in about 2 hours. You MUST pay close attention to the directions, more so than any other directions I’ve read yet. I had to take the drawer rails off because I wasn’t clear on which piece went where. I took a closer look and there are small numbers/letters on the metal rails that match up to the instructions. After that it was pretty much smooth sailing. Great price – you will need time to put it together First off, if you’re looking to put this bed together quickly – in 1/2 an hour so, you can forget it, it will defnitely take some time. The instructions are very easy – they’re pictorial, so once you’ve identifed all the labeled pieces and organized them, you shouldn’t have a problem putting it together. Don’t expect oak for this price – it’s MDF (compressed wood) so you’ll have to make sure it does not get wet as MDF does not get along with water – it will swell up and chip. Once you put it…
