Very neat, but Made with Screws, not Rivets. We ordered these chairs from Amazon to save a little money. The chairs are neat, and definitely give off a vintage pilot lounge vibe, BUT, they are more narrow than I expected in the seating area, and the metal is held together with screws, not rivets, which I feel like my A&P is going to squawk when he sees them.Overall, neat, but not the most comfortable of chairs. The areas where the sheet metal connects are rough, and I’m concerned that the screws on the inside of the chair…

These are very cool chairs! Love these chairs! They could have better lumbar support, but a pillow solves that issue. They are so cool looking, very retro. Leather is high quality, as is the construction. And the packaging was so protective, it took some muscle and time to unpack…..which was a good thing! Highly recommended for the price we paid ($650 each, including shipping….now on site for a bit less). We have another chair (swivel) by the same company, again a really good purchase.

Love this chair! As well as being amazingly cool looking, they seem to be well constructed, the leather is beautiful and soft, the padding is firm, and they are very comfortable. I like the fact that they are on the smaller side – perfect for me at 5’7, and comfortable for my 6 foot husband as well. I can even curl up sideways and prop an arm over the back. I put them on a 22 inch swivel base and they work great that way – plenty of “meat” underneath to attach to.
