Nice bed and extra space! I bought this for my daughter so have some more space in her tiny room. With the bed on top, I can put more stuff under. I personally like the loft bed. The putting together of the bed took about 2.5 hours. I had my 13-year-old son help me, but I think if I had an adult help me it would have been much faster. Some of the pieces were a little bent which made things harder but we managed. The bed itself is pretty stable. I can’t complain there. I feel very safe for my daughter to sleep on it. I…
Measure where it will go. I ordered this for my granddaughter. It did not occur to me that I needed to measure walls before buying so that I would have a stud to anchor it to the wall, nor did it occur to me that the only wall it was attachable to, would be directly under the vent in the ceiling. There is nothing wrong with the bed, it’s everything that was advertised. Assembly is easy, if not for the fact that it must be anchored to a wall if your child weighs more than a few pounds. Not worth the hassle. So, it shipped fast, which I love. Other than that I detest this bed. Since the box was completely thrashed when we received it, couldn’t send it back if we wanted to undo the SIX hours we needed to assemble it. We currently have to go purchase a piece of sturdy plywood since the mattress supports bow badly when my son is on it. Other than those issues, it is fine I guess. Will not but another.
