The bed frame has a roll slat foundation that is reinforced with an extra-sturdy center rail support system. This high loft bed measures 80-1/2 x 73 x 72-1/2 inches (WxDxH), and it has an under-bed clearance of 11-1/2 inches from the bottom of the bed rail. Clearance between the floor and bottom bed is 56 inches. It meets or exceeds all ASTM and US Government safety standards for high loft beds, and has a child-safe protective finish. Backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Mattresses not included. Total weight capacity of 650 pounds.

Great Loft Bed
Very pleased My brother and I just put this together yesterday (Jan. 17, 2016). Have to tell you, it was a little frustrating putting it together because to put it simply….the directions truly sucked. It took us 5 hours to put it together because of sorting things out and trying to figure out the pieces. Hint, there are numbers stamped at the end of each leg piece.
