Wood Cracking We initially loved this bed. It’s attractive and appeared to be well made. We were impressed by the solid hardwood construction and condition in which the materials arrived. However, after approximately three months, we noticed small cracks starting to appear on the top bunk frame. There are now large cracks (5-6″) on the upper posts, ladder, drawers, lower headboard, really just all over the bed. It seems like every day a new crack is discovered and the old ones are getting worse. The bed…

Received item yesterday and it was very well packaged in 7 boxes. The way the item was designed it really couldn’t have been easier to assemble. Only question I had was around the webbing on the slat kit and bottom headboard near panels was cut terribly. A little disappointed after 10 call attempts around 11:00 a. m. on a Friday that I couldn’t reach a live person at Atlantic Furniture. Other than that the bed seems solid , ladder stable and the bed was hundreds cheaper than the Pottery Barn…
