The best purchase ever! I’ve looked everywhere for the perfect bunk online, offline for more than a yr. I was hesitate to buy a big piece of furniture without touching it, after all it is a big investment for me. I was really skeptical that it might fail me. If you are thinking, well think no more. Awful Customer Service. Great bed quality if we were just given the hardware. The bed quality is fine. It is good and strudy. Only compaint on that part is tha the stair railing is a little wobbly and unsteady. Customer service however has been awful. We received the bed but with no hardware to go with the drawers under the bed. Contacted Mattress Firm, The told me on a Friday it was being sent out ASAP from the manufacturer. Several days pass, no hardware. Contact Mattress Firm again. They say it was shipped out Wednesday. (6 days after I first contacted). So in the…
