This bed arrived in a 70lb box, so it was kind of difficult to even get into the house. The instructions were not very clear– there were no words, just pictures — so I had to figure out how to assemble it without much help. It was not too difficult to figure out, but there were a few times I connected some of the rods backwards, which added extra work and time. The overall result is as advertised– it provides a lot of space down below and the bed is very high. This is not recommended for…

Don’t look at my grandson’s messy bedroom in my picture, but it gives you an idea of how nice this loft bed is. It was relatively easy to put together….my daughter did it by herself….but it is heavyweight. That’s good because it’s not flimsy but is very sturdy. My grandson loves it and my daughter and I enjoy the added space to Andrew’s bedroom. It holds a full size mattress, which means having a friend stay overnight is better. We found no faults with this loft bed and wholeheartedly…
