Easy to put together Great bed! Im 6 months pregnant and put this together by myself. It was too easy. Only took an hour. You dont need to use a box spring with it, but i did (cause i didnt know what to do with the old one). It just makes the whole set-up kindve tall. The clearing underneath the bed is about 11 inches. OK Bed The bed is ok. It’s not a high-end piece of furniture, but I knew that before I purchased it. The fit and finish are good, and assembly was easy-took me about an hour. What I was not happy about was the damage to the footboard when I received it. The shipping box looked ok, but, when I opened it, all the pieces and parts were jumbled up at the bottom.
