A great product and even better customer service We got my mother a new electric bed and wanted side rails as aids for Mom to help her getting in and out of bed. The Royal Medical Solutions dual side rails appeared to be just what we needed and at a good price. We ordered them and the Amazon Fulfillment center got them to us quickly.The box arrived looking rather beat up, but not so badly that any thing should have fallen out. Easy to install Easy to install. I bought it for my 93 yr old grandmother. She is short and everything else I tried was too tall for her or the bed. Her bed is also lowered so she can step off the bed with easy. The rails work well for her because they have different levels she can grab from. Her legs are weak and once she is in bed she can not push herself into a straight position. With the rails on both sides she can turn and pull herself into a comfortable position.
