Great bed ! When this bed was delivered per UPS I questioned that it was just 1 box. The driver assured me twice that that is all there is. Opening the box it was clear that I could not build this bed with just the few pieces included. Getting in touch with Amazon they helped me quickly to reorder another bed. Investigating the following day with UPS it turns out that another box was indeed left on the truck and was to be delivered that day. By now it was to late to cancel the reorder and I had to refuse…

this has been a great bed for the price with none of the issues … I’m thinking that South Shore has improved the way they manufacture this bed over time because I’m amazed at how many people found this bed difficult to put together or flimsy once assembled.
