Decent Product, Poor Customer Service This is not an heirloom item and likely won’t last ten years let alone a hundred, but it is still higher quality and worth the extra $100 over the cheaper alternatives primarily due to the sturdier wood frame and reinforced drawer bottoms.Cheaper dressers use the same wood/heavy cardboard material for drawer bottoms as this one and so are prone to warping and falling out over time.
