Apparently their “any other reason” can be that they sent you the WRONG COLOR wood finish on the bed. Amazon’s A-Z Guarantee won’t help either. Every young child’s dream! My son loves his new bed. I put it together alone so it took 3.5 hours. I’d suggest separating and checking that you have all of the materials before you begin assembling any if the pieces. The organization part takes a ton of time because none of the pieces of wood were marked with the part number which was odd.
