Don’t Do not buy any Dorel home products with parts. You will NEVER receive even half of the ones that will be missing. It has been a month since I opened the box and found many missing parts. Called… two weeks later I received half the parts. Called… two weeks later called again, customer service says the warehouse is still waiting for delivery from China! …for two casters, a hex key, wrench and 8 bolts? … and what is the warehouse for?
Just the trundle, no bed It’s my fault, I know, but when I ordered this product I expected the enter bed, trundle plus day bed. It is just the trundle that goes under the bed. It does clearly state it in the description, so it’s entirely my fault. However, it was a disappointing day in our household when my little girl thought her bed had arrived and it was only the trundle part. I went to order the other part, but Amazon won’t ship that to me (in Alaska), so we are having to go elsewhere. I’m giving it 4 stars…
