AWESOME BED! Easy process, assembly, and my kids loves it!!! I almost didn’t buy this bed, but the configuration and dimensions were just too perfect for our use…I decided to take a chance. I assembled it myself and have had the bed for about a month now, and I just don’t know what all the complaints were about. Maybe the complaints were heard and the manufacturer and the various middlemen made the necessary changes to address alleged shortfalls. Not buying it again
Poor quality We only bought this bed because of its dimensions. The delivery company couldn’t bring the boxes in the house; not even in the garage. The quality of the materials is below par. There was cracks and chips around the edges and drill holes. A big 11 inch crack on the lip of one of the stair pieces is an eye sore. The screw holes dont really match up accurately when connecting pieces. The instructions were consistent with the quality of materials – below par. Overall it’s a bed that works…
