Like the design, construction a little shakey I love the mid-century design of this table. It was a little larger than I thought, but, that was my measuring problem. The reason the table is getting three stars is because it was not finished. I had to get a wood fill pen to fill in all of the connecting joints. I can’t believe that this was not fixed at the manufacturing site. At first, I thought that might have been a single mistake, but the second table had the same problem. Great concept, poor quality The design concept of this mid-century collection is great, and the zebra veneer is unique. However, the overall construction of this piece is mediocre. The veneer work does not cover all sides, and the MDF that is painted to match was chipping right out of the box. The piecework that constitutes the oval body of the table was not properly glued/nailed, and the seams were inching apart and giving to light pressure just from screwing the legs on.
