Plans are for an amazing beautiful dollhouse twin over twin bed is designed to accommodate three options. You can either keep under bed attached as shown on the picture or detach it for play area or also full size bed can be placed under loft with L position. It is perfect for your sweet little girl. You can build it with four sheets of ¾” plywood or medium density fiberboard plus $70 for the hardware and other materials. All materials are available in any local home center like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Once it built the bed can easily be disassembled for transportation. The bed meets all consumer product safety commission guidelines. Overall dimensions: 52.5″W x 79.5″L x 76″H.

Great for the DIYer If you’ve privy to a handyman then this is completely doable. It took about a day to make all the appropriate cuts and figuring out the plan mistakes (and there are a lot of them. These plans were made in China, if that gives you any clue.) So just be careful to look it over. Some of the attaching boards are given in the wrong size and needs compensated for. It took an evening to glue everything together and then a day to paint. But the bed is adorable and now a well loved addition to our…
