Surprisingly sturdy, good quality and looks like furniture Shipping: Arrived on time using freight carrier. Ships on a pallet and has several boxes. The freight company was fantastic in separating the pallet and delivering the individual boxes.Unboxing: There are quite a few boxes, but they are all pretty well packed. The stair unit comes with protective wood fillers to balance it out in the packaging that must be removed (retain the screws), but everything else is just boxed up with styrofoam and wrapped individually.
