was better than expected but was a little disappointed Shipping was a little late, but it shipped from California to Texas with free shipping so I couldn’t really complain to much, it arrived in Houston on a Friday and they contacted me and informed me that be able to deliver it on Monday between 10 and 2, they showed up at 930. Thought I would have to assemble the entire bed but the drawer pieces were already together, all I had to do is put the beds together. That was easy. My daughter loves this bed This bed was delivered on a pallett by a special shipping company (included in the price of the bed). The packaging was severely damaged and torn but when I got everything pulled out of the boxes, I was pleased to find that it had been packed well enough to avoid any damage. The bed went together with ease and looks wonderful! My daughter loves it (though I think the cats feel it is their castle) and the quality is very good.
