Took a chance and well worth it!! I was looking for a way to create space in my tiny bedroom and wound up looking into loft beds. This ended up being the only one I could find with the dimensions and features I was looking for., And the only not cheesy looking one co sidering I’m an adult. Sturdy(ish) First thing’s first, this bed is beautiful and it was easy to assemble, although the hex screws that came with it and leave a lot to be desired since they get stripped after only about 3 slips.The bed is sturdy, in that it doesn’t shake, but I have my misgivings about is ability to support me. I weigh about 135lbs and my mattress is one of those thin tri-folds and weighs barely 20lbs, if so much. After just a few uses I climbed the stairs and plopped myself down on the bed and heard…

Nice looking, but question the sturdiness of the railing system. Product arrived with some cosmetic damages, assuming it was done during transport. Product should have been better packaged to withstand the transport. Railing system to the stairs was constructed to go on the left of bed, but do to space constrictions, it has to be changed to the right. Substantial sturdiness was lost in doing this as the screws go directly into a soft wood instead of metal screw inserts, and now the screws cannot be tightened to strength.
