Truly is waterproof I received this product for free from the manufacturer as a product test, so I decided to put it through its paces to see if it really is waterproof. I took about 1/2 cup of water and poured all on one corner of the mattress pad. I let it sit for a few minutes, then felt the underside. Comfortable and Clean This model of mattress protector is waterproof – hooray! It gives a parent peace of mind to add that extra layer of protection to a potty-training toddler’s mattress!
