I looked at a LOT of different bunk-beds. A LOT. This one came recommended from a friend as his daughter has one, and they have 4 kids who use everything quite aggressively, and their bed is still holding up after a few years of abuse. The bed is great quality, with almost all parts being made of solid wood, and it is very sturdy. I weigh 200 pounds and I am 100% comfortable getting in there to read books to my daughters.
